6 boneless skinless chicken breasts/thighs
6oz jar of pesto
1 package Ranch Dressing Seasoning Mix
1/2 cup chicken broth
Place chicken, pesto, ranch dressing and chicken broth in crock pot. Stir gently to combine all seasonings. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.

Potatoes, as many as you want to bake
Desired seasonings (salt, pepper, italian, garlic, etc.)
Preheat the oven to 425˚F. Wash each potato and pat dry. Use a sharp knife to make slices that almost cut through, starting from one end of the potato, working towards the other. Be careful not to slice the potato completely through. Don’t worry, it took some practice! Once sliced, drizzle with olive oil and add your seasonings. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes, or until slightly crispy.
